7:35 Is it possible to get literally sick from overtraining? I started a new program a couple of weeks ago and I felt as I wasn't recovering enough on the program. I got sick with something that felt a little like a stomach flu for a couple days so I took a couple of days off. Now back to the grind. I swear it felt like it was from not recovering enough? Ps... i'm 42 years old.
