He served in the Second Battle of Geonosis under the command of Jedi General Luminara Unduli. He and Unduli later searched for the escaped Archduke Poggle the Lesser. Unduli contacted Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ki-Adi Mundi, but after Buzz moved the cover of a hole leading down to the Geonosian catacombs, Unduli and Buzz were attacked by zombie Geonosians. Buzz was later found dead by clone trooper Commander CC-2224.
